Professional Chair Massage for Events
Chair massage for events can be performed without the need for participants to remove or change any clothing. When receiving massage, the client sits on a portable massage chair, facing forward and resting their face in a face cradle. Body parts that can be adequately addressed with a chair massage include: neck; shoulders; arms; back; hands. Participants can bring a tank top or t shirt if they choose in order to expose more skin and allow for a better massage.

Professional Table Massage / Assisted Stretching for Events
Having a massage table available at your event expands the treatment areas for your participants. Effect massage therapy can be provided for the legs, feet, gluteal muscles, back, shoulders, neck, arms, hands, scalp, and face. Assisted stretches can engage the abductor/adductor and flexor/extensor muscles of the legs, and the pectorals muscles of the chest. Participants should have shorts/leggings/yoga pants, etc. and a tshirt or tank top available to take maximum advantage of having a massage table available at your event.

Provided With Your Onsite Massage Booking
- A playlist of your choice and Sonos Bluetooth speaker to play it from.
- An essential oil diffuser and an essential oil blend of your choosing.
- A clock and dimmable lighting.
- A massage chair and/or table.
- Face Cradle Covers
- Hand sanitizer
- Massage Lotion, Oil, or Gel.
- Tapestries and/or room dividers are available if requested, to provide extra ambience and/or privacy.
Plan Ahead For Your Onsite Massage Booking
- Dress in removable layers or bring along a tee-shirt, tank top, shorts, and or yoga pants/leggings to change into.
- Bring along a hair tie, doo rag, or scarf to pull your hair back.
- Be prepared to remove your contact lenses (if applicable) before your massage.
- Makeup and/or toiletry products for touch ups to face and hair after the massage.
- Leave jewelry at home so it doesn’t get forgotten or lost when you remove it before the massage.
