In my capacity as a trainer, I help you set realistic and achievable fitness goals. I then design an exercise program for you to achieve those goals. I instruct you on correct techniques and exercise form, as well as ensuring the safe execution of your workouts. I monitor your progress and increase or decrease the level of challenge appropriately.

I offer VO2 Max testing for runners. Otherwise, my involvement in the cardio portion of your workout is only to help you schedule the appropriate time, amount, and intensity level. It’s up to you what form you take your cardio in! I’m collecting websites where you can find activities that might be of interest to help you get out and active a little more often.
