Sports / Therapeutic Massage

Sports/Therapeutic Massage: Your body aches and you’re looking for relief from an injury, muscular pain, or a recurring musculoskeletal/ neuromuscular condition. The massage may ‘hurt,’ but you’ll feel better after having it.

60 minute Sports Massage – $135

minute Sports/Therapeutic Massage addresses most of the body with the gliding, relaxing strokes of Swedish Massage while introducing more intense work. You’ll get deep tissue work, a firmer overall level of pressure, and a science-based approach to musculoskeletal or neuromuscular concerns. Areas of focus typically include the back, glutes, legs, feet, and neck. If you’d prefer to have your arms and shoulders be the focus, we can spend less time on the legs. This form of massage releases tight and/or sore muscles while still providing pampered relaxation. Pressure is medium to deep, and can be adjusted to your preference. This massage is sufficient for releasing overall muscular tension.
